Message: Showed up and parked in the dock overnight, they're decently fast unload but the office guy, David was rude when I told him that I cut the seal that morning before re-backing into the dock, being snappy like that is no way to treat anyone. However the dock worker, (Chris?) that did the unload and count was absolutely awesome, he explained why they cut the seals instead of the drivers and was just overall helpful, 5 Stars to that guy.

Message: Called while on the interstate 75 at closing time to purchase an over range microwave that was in the July 4th sale. The London location didn’t have any. We live over an hour away. We thought we were going to have to make another drive back to the store before the sale was over but I called and talked to the Most Amazing, Helpful and Polite employee named Noah that I had the honor to work with in forever. Maybe ever! Even though the store was closing he took my information on the phone, was waiting for me to come through the front door (they were actually already closed) and checked my ID before he could charge my card and I was set! Fastest and easiest purchase I probably have made! Thank you Noah ( don’t know his last name) I wish there were more people like you around.

Message: For drive van deliveries drive to the left of building. The right side has a gate an is usually locked. Plenty of room to back in. Awesome employees. Arrived at 640 am for a 0700 appointment. Took me right away. Fast unload.

Message: I recently visited the Lowe's store in Corbin, KY, and overall, I was able to find everything I needed. However, some issues detracted from the shopping experience. The unavailability of motorized or regular shopping carts was a big concern for me, as I recently had ACL surgery and couldn't shop comfortably. The store layout was also confusing, and the app was only somewhat helpful.. The drywall mud was located in a very odd area in the farthest corner of the store near the lumber, which made it difficult to find. Additionally, the selection of paint colors could have been better, although I was satisfied with what was available. However, the electrical outlet section lacked many of the advertised color variations and mainly included basic switches and outlets. I was looking for higher-quality decorative plating and controls, but these were unavailable.. One major issue was that Lowe's credit card balance did not show an exact date to pay the bill, which made us nervous as we didn't know if it was due after purchase or on a set day of the month.. Another issue was that the management could not match a lower price for a recessed light fixture that was listed at the Lexington, KY, location earlier in the day. This was disappointing, but I understand that each store has its pricing policies.. While I appreciated the overall cleanliness of the store and the fact that I could find what I needed, I was disappointed that the staff did not offer help when I needed it. Also, the store lacked some items that I was looking for. I plan on returning to this location and hope to have a better experience.. Overall, I would give this Lowe's store in Corbin, KY, a 3-star rating. While the store has some issues to address, such as the lack of helpful staff, and the availability of certain items, I believe it has the potential to improve and become a better shopping destination for customers in the area.
