Message: I visited Home Depot to purchase a new outdoor light. I found it in the store. They had quite a selection. Not a lot of employees to help you find the item. You are on your own.

Message: Aggravated. I love the depot, my favorite store, actually. However, my mom ordered a shower kit. When we picked it up, we didn't receive it all, so back to the store again. Got home. We didn't have shower walls this time. Once more, this time took forever. Well, the kit didn't come with shower walls. Ok, but we can't order them either. we have to order a whole nother kit from the depot online to get the walls with the kit. Then return the first one we bought. They will charge a restocking fee.. I about died. As much money as she spent in the store and online. I told her I would eat the restocking fee screw them fo to Menards. However, the gentleman who helped us was a super nice worker. Vary helpful.
