Message: I am not a customer. I was actually behind one of the trucks and it was leaking cement. The cement got on my car. I was pretty angry. I called up Ernst and talked to Ben (I think the president of the company) and told him what happened. He advised he had a chemical solution and would bottle some for me. I stopped by earlier than expected and Ben actually washed off all of the cement. He was scrubbing my car for fifteen minutes. He could have told me to pound sand, but instead he helped me out. I was just expecting to get the solution and deal with it on my own, but Ben owned it and took care of the problem. Think about this, he is a higher up and had no trouble cleaning off my car. If Ben, a rep of Ernst Concrete, went above and beyond the call for me, a person who is not a customer, what do you think they'll do for you as a customer?.
